Yep. This was a made for TV video for the 80's MTV & music video fad of the times. It was posted from an external source in DVD quality long before google & YouTube existed, back in the days we were on InsideTheWeb.com or Starblvd.com in the 1990s. I almost forgot about this one.

Makes me want to find the original DVD version.
