Could someone please tell me, what the difference is between a sissy and a femboy?

In real English terms, a sissy is a feminine male. In slang & kinky circles it usually means a male who likes to wear very frilly clothing. A femboy is usually a feminine boy, not an adult. But in the porn industry either term can mean just about anything they make up.

Last week I watched an Academy award nominee that claimed to be a comedy drama. It was neither funny nor dramatic... just stupid & gross. So I guess a lot of people make up a lot of their own definitions of stuff.
