You know, 999 times out of a thousand when you see this kind of thing on a mainstream blog or site, it's some sissy/CDer/fetishist/whatever sort of trolling and posting something to see how others react to it. But this one sort of has a "ring of truth" feel to it, especially as the commenter is actually against the notion of boys having long, girlish hair. (Or, then again, maybe posing as such to make the comment more believable...most trolls are not that clever.)
The notion of a Mom doing that to a 7 1/2 year old son IRL (and not just in our fantasies and amateur TG fiction) is not completely far-fetched, given the elaborate "womanless" pageants that have been proliferating in the Deep South and reach down to middle school and occasionally to elementary/grade school level. I've seen a few (not many) of those in which one of the "girls" had longish hair that their Mom had done professionally for the pageant. (For example, the Facebook post below.) So, it's not necessarily a fantasy in this case. What do you folks think?
