Thanks. I don't recall seeing the pink boy video before & Funeral Parade of Roses yet. I see there's a version with English subtitles around somewhere.

In the last article, scrolling way down, it mentioned the short film Tomgirl. I couldn't find anything but the trailer in 2015. But upon looking for it again tonight, I found it.

They're something worth putting in our movie section after I get & process them.

I squished & compressed the short movie "Tomgirl" down to the smallest possible size to I can serve it publicly here, off our own servers rather than in our private viewing area for our members only. Still, even this highly compressed version, it's still very watchable & enjoyable.

It looks fine in full screen mode just 3 feet from my 32 inch TV, but even better on smaller screens.

17mb, SVCD quality, 12 minutes.

Right click on the link, & click on save or "save as" to download & save (recommended), or just click on it to play the stream directly from our severs.

Hi Betty,

I didn't add the Tomgirl link as I posted it back in February of 2016.

Yeah. I'm not sure when, but I was only able to get the trailer to play back then. So this was the first time I saw the whole thing.

That one probably described me best. I preferred my hair long, but it wasn't allowed to grow it until the hippie era when my older brothers were allowed to grow theirs longer than military style haircuts. I couldn't grow it very long, but anything longer than extra-short military style was great in those days. I was about 14 by the time I was able to grow it past my ears (1969).

Had to cut my hair for jobs, but not real short. Only jobs as a DJ, VJ, in a band, or as the tech for clubs did the people leave me alone about my hair. But the jobs that didn't care about how long my hair was or if I might be gay, also didn't pay as well as the short haired jobs. It's still odd that so many would base your job qualifications on the length of your hair rather than on your work, performance, & behavior.

Just like the kid in the video, sometimes I wanted to just be a boy or girl, but most of the time I didn't want to be either or something in between.

After seeing more of Funeral Parade of Roses film, I realize I did have the movie before & ran it here last year. But I no longer had the file. Maybe I had a crappy copy of it, or it didn't peak my interest enough, so I deleted it to save on space  or clutter.

I'm getting a clearer version, so I'll try to see the whole thing again.

After seeing the Funeral Parade of Roses again, I can understand why I decided it was one to delete to free up space. The ending was very disturbing & disappointing.

Still, if you like pretty Asian crossdressers, & a little bit of a 60s-style cult classic, it's worth seeing.

This time though, I have a much clearer version, & I bring it to you in widescreen BettyVision for better enjoyment.

It's in our movie section in our private viewing area for Betty's Pub members only.
