What the hell is an "In School" suspension? I never heard of that before. Is that some kind of weird suspension where you actually have to stay in school? Then is it really a suspension, or just detention?

It's like detention, but during the school day -- or like being grounded.  You are isolated in a separate room instead of going to regular classes.

Well I think the distraction was he forgot to shave his legs. May have gotten away with it then.
