Title: Liberal Dutch
Post by: sissybaby34 on September 07, 2020, 10:35:24 AM
I came across this today, I like to dress like that in the privacy of my own home, but going out in public is a very big step to make.

ABDL wear, unlike costumes, is considered fetwear. There is no reasonable or logical reason to go out into the general public in fetware... especially around kids or mixed general public areas. People have all sorts of wonderful or weird sexual fantasies. Fetwear belongs at home or among clubs that cater to those, not on the streets, public places, or around kids.

It's fun to play a game or fantasy, but it's not OK to force other people to play the game or fantasy that they don't like or hate with you.

It's like blasting your boom box on a bus, train, or plane. You may love the songs playing, but others may not, or if they do like the songs, they may not be in the mood to have it blasted in their face at the time or place.

I love the outfit shown in the drawing.

Our views align on both points in your post. Taking one's infantilist fantasy out in public is stepping over the line. It's best to keep it inside and private. I always thought it was a mistake when certain ABDLs decided to "go public" with their fetish on several programs in the 90s such as Phil Donahue. To most of those in the audience, these people were perceived as being embarrassingly immature or as a possible menace to children. Best to keep this among understanding friends. I stopped allowing myself to be photographed in any such attire after the age of 30. What might have been once considered "cute" becomes, after a certain age, a caricature. As for the other point--yeah, I loved that little beach outfit. I could fantasize about being taken to the beach in that, but I'd leave it as a fantasy.

Betty, I hope you're coping with your COPD. I have a long list of ailments, but since the onset of the pandemic, I've never felt better. Maybe it's staying at home most of the time, thereby avoiding all the normal germs from everyone else, not just Covid-19. Stay well.
