50s & 60s girl's dresses were the best. But they always made cool girls clothes up until the late 1990s. Then they dropped the frills, wide skirts, ruffles, puffed sleeves, & any kind of collar. I see some of the frills are starting to make a comeback, but nothing like they were before.
