I recently viewed a couple of galleries of "adult sissy babies." Many were wearing high heels, stockings, bras, and makeup -- things one would probably never see on any real baby or toddler still in diapers. Thinking back, I believe that in as many as half of all such pictures I've seen the "baby" was wearing at least one of those items. Is it just a fetish, or am I missing something?

Hey Robyn Jodie, I don't think they are Sissy Babies, probably just more Sissy than anything. The pictures sound like they are of the "Prissies Sissies" genre. Whereas for me, the idea of being an adult (sissy) baby is the thought of being forced to wear the most babyish (and gloriously pretty) baby attire.
At the end of the day it's a case of Potatoes or Potatos I guess.

"Prissie's Sissies" seems to be about all you get if you Google "sissy baby." I think I prefer your idea of what a sissy baby is all about.
