Title: Petticoat Pond

The late great Tessy who ran www.pettipond.com kept and updated a list of movies and TV shows that featured petticoats with links and screenshots where available.  Since she passed, I don't think anyone else has taken this over.

I have seen a couple of nice examples recently:

I believe there a few good examples in the wacky new show Grosse Pointe Garden Society. One of the main characters dress up as a french maid. If you just looking for examples of petticoats Tiktok has some good ones too.
