This dress is made in China. I've seen it cheaper from their source at http://www.milanoo.com/.

I've ordered almost a dozen items from Milanoo over the years without a problem. Watch for discount shipping or free shipping & frequent sales too. They ship pretty cheap, but about once a month for 3-7 days they offer free shipping. Shipment may be delayed 1-4 days at customs.
