Very interesting article - thank you very much for sharing.

This is a real life serious decision and not just a fantasy.
I can only image the reality of dealing with being born in
the wrong sex and suffering/encountering the road blocks
to being accepted and ultimately 'legally' changed to what
the person feels is right by them.

To go out simply dressed as a (baby) girl is one thing on a
small order but to actually want surgical change and live
the rest of ones life as real girl (less the baby making ability)
is something else beyond fantasy and dreaming.
