It's a cute photo but pretty offensive that the seller would think it's of gay interest.

Yeah. Although I'm gay, many of the crossdressers here are married with children... some with grandchildren.

Don't get me started!  This is one of my Ebay pet peeves.

"Gay Interest" or "Gay Int" is a totally useless tag added mostly by idiots who have no idea what would or would not interest "gays" -- presumably meaning gay males.

I've seen a photo of a man with his arm around his girlfriend labeled "Gay Int" because the man was wearing an old-fashioned baggy "Speedo"  type bathing suit.

As a search term, "gay int" yields too many false positives to be of any value; excluding it from your search yields way too many false negatives to be of any value.  I have no idea why anyone would waste space in the space-restricted title of an object on Ebay with "Gay Int" except that they can't think of anything descriptive to say.
