Not short & skimpy like a real sissy dress, but they'll keep you warmer in the cold season. Besides, most of us wanted to dress like a princess, queen, or southern belle at least once. You won't have to shave your legs close with most of these because nobody will see them.

Gotta love the old fashioned elaborate dresses. These days days any sack with arm & neck openings pass as a dress, or just a hollow tube of cloth with just a couple strings to hold it on the shoulders is a dress.
You buy them at costume, theater, or sissy sites. The most authentic looking Victorian dresses are expensive though, or just available for lease for shows & theater performances.

I can't imagine a time when dresses like this were worn. It must've been almost like heaven.

Back in the good old days when it was perfectly acceptable for even boys to wear pretty dresses.
