Hi,
Just came across this. Neither of them seem to be very excited about wearing these costumes.

Hey Andy,
I wore a long white gown like that with Angel wings when I was in the church choir. It was one of the few times I was wearing panties and tights under my boy clothes and thinking God could see me doing it and if he didn't strike me down it must be OK to do it. I was also an Alter boy with our Catholic church and dressed the same to carry out mass under the eyes of family and friends who had no idea. At that time ( 50's and 60's) girls were not allowed to serve so I would sometimes tie my penis back tightly between my legs and pretend I was the first girl to serve on the alter. If that was wrong I guess I will pay the price in the end as my mother would say I was a sinner in the Lords eyes when she found my girl stuff hidden under my bed.

They say as we age we start to loose our memories a little but as I was clearing out moms house I was finding little things that would remind me of my childhood in the old house and places I would hide my girl things, the laundry room where my mother hung up my panties and tights for a month after finding them under my bed and hanging them outside on the clothes line for the neighbours to see for a full day. The bathtub where I wore my first pair of pink plastic panties while taking my bath and finding out how slippery and soft they could get. The feelings come back like it was yesterday. The next door neighbours house where I saw a wonderful pink two piece bathing suite on the line late at night and snuck out to borrow it. It was a bit tight but I loved the snug feeling of it on my boy parts almost hiding them between my legs. It turns out it belonged to the 11 year old cute blond gilr who had just moved in with her parents and three sisters. I would borrow a few things from their clothes line over the years they were there. Too bad more people don't hang clothes out to dry any more. There was always that thrill of sneaking in the yard to retrieve something girly and then trying it on and then trying to return it later without getting caught. Staring out the window one night I determind that if the inside lights were on they could not see outside too well so I got bolder and ventured into many yards to borrow or just touch the frilly things hanging there.

Anybody else out there do those sorts of things or was I totaly alone in my childhood hobby? I know there were at two other boys in the neighbourhood who liked plastic panties because I would see them sometimes scouting out the Baby eisle in the shops and trying to get up the nerve to touch or purchase a pair or two of the soft plastic panties that were only $.25 back in the early 60's. The favourites were made by Beauty Industries of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and were so soft with tiny embossed stars in the plastic. They came in pink, yellow ,blue and white and I had several pairs of each. They were mounted on a hanger style card so you could see and touch them as you walked slowly down the eisle. The store closest to me was a 5 & 10 cent discount store that also had some childrens clothes and I soon found the girls frilly nylon panties as well. I am sure after several visits buying panties and baby panties the clerk didn't believe my stories that they were gifts. I went back often after I got paid for cutting grass or doing my paper route and always seemed to get the same lady who smiled and wrapped up my purchase in a brown paper bag.

The Ebay photo reminded me of a contemporary phenomenon, the "princess boy" (google the term -- the result is fascinating). Apparently Disney has done such a good job of selling its various princesses that a number of boys want in on the act. And many of their parents support them. In spite of the boyish garb so many contemporary girls wear for everyday (story: Boy wants to try crossdressing. Sneaks into sister's room and puts on her T-shirt, her jeans, her Nikes and asks, "So what's the big deal?"), I guess there are some good things about being a young boy today.
