Hello, I hope its OK to ask this here. Does anyone have any information or links to any of the Old Empathy Press books or magazines? I remember reading a few of them back in the mid 90s there were really good.

Hi Taylor,
I think the only place you'll see any of those books is at the auction site and some of the Internet book sellers like ABE and Amazon. And they'll probably be fairly expensive. I just went into my closet, how appropriate one might say, and found an old Empathy book. The mailing address in 1996 was Empathy Press, PO Box 12466, Seattle, Wa 98111. I would be very surprised if it's still in business. I bought a lot of books mail order back then, from Empathy, Reluctant Press and mostly Echo Productions. Echo had a great list but they're definitely out of business, the owner passed away some time ago. I also used to visit Lee's Mardi Gras in NYC on a regular basis but I'm pretty sure they're no longer in existence either.

Hi Betty,
Yeah, that was what I found, all pretty pricey, the Amazon especially. When I bought them at Lee's or through mail order I think they cost $10.

Thanks (Curtsy) to both of you. I will need to save my sissy pennies up to buy one of those.
