He doesn't seem happy, but mum does !!

Well that's what I think anyway ...

Thanks Ace, I search the auction site daily and once a week I do a search that hopefully would turn up something like this. It seems to me that there must be Moms out there who are using their kids as models in the postings and just by the amount of items that appear I would think these kind of things should appear more frequently. But it's always nice to see them when they do.

If that's Tehachapi, California (and I'm pretty sure it is), it's a really "redneck" area. Much as I hate to pop bubbles, I would give odds that the child in question is actually a girl, with her hair up, out of sight of the camera, or short.

Hi,

I like to look at things like this in the same way I look at the photoshopped material, or any picture that doesn't have an absolutely positive ID. Even if it isn't real it's still fun to imagine it is. In the video that was just posted there's a little girl who wants to be a boy and if someone posted a picture of her in a dress I would have quickly assumed it was a boy. It would be a fantasy but this is a fantasy board isn't it?

I like to imagine in my daydreams that anybody I see in a pretty outfit could be me or another fella.

I agree Betty, I like to think they are all boys in dresses also. We used to post here about any sightings we had of possible boys in girl clothes while we were out and about but I have not seen much in the last few months. Perhaps it was the cold weather was keeping them bundled up so we couldn't tell too easy. has anybody in the southern states seen real life possible sightings?

Sure is a pretty dress & hair bow. From the era, you can imagine the dress is red & white plaid, or white & dark pink, or red & light pink.

Yeah, I remember seeing the new picture on Ebay, and to me it looks like a genuine switch -- him in a dress, her in shorts.

Pretend is okay, photoshop is fine too, but there's just something special when it's real!
