Hi,
I was searching the auction site and found this.

Enhanced.
In those days, although wigs existed, they weren't made for kids, & boys didn't usually wear hair that long. The shoes & socks worn could have been worn by any gender of kids in those days.

The only question is whether the name on the back is the kid on the front, and what the heck the name on the back IS.

Hi,
I search the auction site for boys modeling dresses on a regular basis and I’m surprised I find it so seldom. I guess most mothers who use their sons as models don’t mention it.

Lucky boy I like that blue dress and would love to model it myself. I bet he really does not want his mother to sell it so he can keep wearing it when she is not looking.
I like the photo of the German boy, he has that look that I might have had the first time I wore girls clothes outside. Loving it but scared somebody I knew might see me. Thanks for brightening it up Betty and thanks for the find Andy.

Yep. It's a nice dress. Would be better with more ruffles, & frilly or peter pan collar, some big puffed sleeves, bows, & maybe in pink.
