Interesting article Andy,
I don't have too much trouble finding clothes I like that fit but I do have trouble with the shoes. I take a 9 mens U.S. and European size 42 that I thinks is a ladies 11 to 12 U.S. depending on the make.  I have a wonderful pair of girly black Mary Janes in 42 and a black shiny pair of boots in 11 as well as a pair of shiny Mary Janes with 3 inch heels and these are ladies 12. The girly Mary Janes I wear with little girl skirts and dresses while the ones with heels I wore with a rented Adult Alice in Wonderland costume for Halloween one time. The boots are for my self bondage sessions and are a bit tight so it is torture to wear for any length of time.
