Hi,
This is one of a series of videos, you can see the rest of them on the website. I thought this was the best one, he’s really cute and would be very good in Ruthless I would think. I love that outfit.

you are so right Andy, they all look great espically the one you picked out

Thanks.
I just discovered suddenly that I can no longer download & save youtube videos with Pale Moon browsers (an independent & efficient version of Firefox). I switched to other browsers, & the normal procedures to save the video no longer work in them either.
Youtube changed their code again. There is a long tedious trick to force the browser to save the entire video in the cache, find the file in the cache, move it to another folder, & re-write some of the code, then convert it, so it will actually play on something.
I found a temporary work-around until someday your video downloader updates, so you can get the video from the new Youtube coding. In Pale Moon or Firefox, click on tools, add-ons, plugins, & disable the flash extension. Click on get extensions, & type HTML5 in the search box. Install the newest Youtube All HTML5 extension. At the time 0f this post it was version 2.1.3.1
Close the browser & restart it. When you visit the Youtube video, after it starts loading & playing you should be able to download the video the way you used to with your regular video downloader tool. If it doesn't, refresh/reload the page to activate the loader. You might have to select the resolution you want on the player, then start the video from the beginning to download the resolution you want in some cases.

WOW that boy is special most people would not believe it was a boy, it would be interesting to see him dressed as a boy and see if he is really girlish or just a very good actor/dancer .

Hi Betty,
Thanks for the tip. I noticed a long time ago that download helper in Firefox no longer worked. I'll have to try your workaround. I also agree with jeangurl, it's really hard to believe it is really a boy.

Firefox downloadhelper was still working for me the last time I tried to download a Youtube a few weeks ago with Pale Moon. So only discovered yesterday it no longer worked for Youtube. I read it stopped working around the end of July. I just tested the other browsers too. Opera by default uses HTML5 rather than flash. So if I just disable the flash extension I had put in it, the downloader works. If flash is disabled in Chrome, it also defaults to HTML5 & the downloaders work too. Likewise with Safari, so imagine one can do the same in explorer too.
It seems that Youtube is trying to block content downloaders again. But the massive amount of script to do it is written for flash players, so when possible if you use a HTML5 viewer to view the content, the script for flash is ignored.
You don't have to remove flash. In all browsers there's a way to temporarily disable the flash extension or plugin, in case you need it for something else. If the browser doesn't default to a built in HTML5 player, a Youtube HTML5 extension or plugin can be easily added.

Hard to believe that she is a boy !
The prominent feature that makes the deception work is the HAIR.
It is just not natural for boys to have long hair at least that long.
At his age - body development is neutral so unless seeing him with less clothing you are not going to tell !
The clothing makes it easier to mask the fact that beneath the surface is a boy.
As for the dance moves - easily done by either sex with a little practice and coaching.
A really damn nice Video - Thanks Andy for sharing - 60 years earlier why couldn't I be that girl (boy) ?*
* I would have been a laughing stock outcast and in trouble in more ways than one !
-
The video quality was so poor it's hard to tell whether it's a boy or a girl. It appears to be a 200p video upscaled to 360-720p. But they didn't upsale the width to the proper proportions when they upscaled the height. I can't understand why people waste our bandwidth, load times, resources, sometimes consuming our monthly bandwidth caps by unnecessarily upscaling small media files to something much larger. Our monitors, TV, video chips, cards, & computers will automatically upscale small video to fit our screen if we want it to.
Maybe some people given enough tech & buttons to push with, they'll push them without a clue of what they're really doing.
By converting a 360p video to 720p all they really doing is displaying the same pixel twice in the width, & twice in the height - essentially making the file size 4 times larger than it needs to be. It does not improve the quality of the original video at all just by converting it to something bigger. it's still the same original video information no matter how much larger you make it. Plus upscaling usually makes it worse if it's full motion video or complex audio because the scaling up & compression can't keep up good enough to recode the media properly.
Of course, some big-name web pages are designed just as poorly, consuming up to 1/4gb just to load their front page. The designers of these pages are on quad core machines with 60gb of RAM on the fastest internet connections that money could buy. So they don't see a problem, thinking everybody has a machine & connection like theirs or should - but over 90% of their users do not.
Some might say that we all should just buy more powerful computers every year to keep up, & spend a fortune on faster broadband.
But isn't that like saying we should all buy a new Porsche every year or 2 if we want to navigate the roads properly & keep up? Since I don't see a new Porsche on the road every day, that doesn't seem reasonable.
We can get good quality media & pages, if people would just try to design their pages, codes, scripts, & media efficiently. A few years ago, the web, media, software, & OS's decided to throw efficiency out the window. Most don't even attempt to try, as long as they can keep convincing people to buy bigger & faster every year. Seriously, do we really need to buy a new phone & computer every year or 2 just because the salesmen & sites said so? I don't think so.
Netfix online streaming service is doing very well. It's the most popular pay-streaming service in the world. How could this be? They have a limited selection of stuff that we've already seen many times before, or crap, & only a small handful of anything new. They're successful because their stuff works on almost any machine, even on slow connections (adjust your Netflix account settings if it doesn't), & it's dirt cheap. It's popular because it's all very efficient so works well for almost everybody.
Anywho, I tried to make some captures of the video. Not much quality to work with in the video, but I tried anyway. Although not very sissy-frilly, It's a nice outfit. The kid seems to be dancing to a fast paced pop tune rather than the included music. He even seems to lip sync a few of the words occasionally. I think if it was a real girl that age, she wouldn't shake her booty so much. Boys tend to do that more when imitating girls - exaggerating girly moves. He does a really nice job at it though.

Betty he is certainly shaking his booty as you say and you are probably right that a girl wouldn't be so extreme with it, whatever he is pretty and puts on a great show :-)

So Betty what did you do - take each frame out of the video and blow it up ?
That smile on the girl (boy) is infectious ! It follows me everywhere !
As for the smoothness of the moves I really don't see any difference if performed by either sex.
When the rear is thrust out there is not even an issue of modesty as no panties or petticoats are displayed !
The only thing is that the outfit does not have the more usual touches of lace and petite detailing;
maybe the shortness in the skirt hem that would be expected of the female dance ensemble !
Although the color is predominately PINK there isn't any sissy application evident - the limp wristed
hand wave etc. The moves are all smartly executed IMO !
To say that I am infatuated with this video is an understatement !

I do a bit more than enlarge the pix that I enhance. An enhancement can go through 4-6 stages of processing through 3-5 pieces of imaging software. Some of the stages may be repeated several times. Enhancing can take 5-30 minutes per picture or capture.
First I enlarge them too big, remove image noise & compression distortion as much as possible. Then I sharpen them, which brings out more noise & distortion again, so I have to repeat the first process again, which dulls & blurs the image a little, so then I sharpen again. I can go through this cycle several times to clean up a picture. But do it too much, & the image starts to look cartoonish, or the subject starts too look over-processed, distorted or like an alien. And one never can get rid of all the distortion & artifacts without losing some of the image itself.
So it's impossible to get a perfect crystal clear picture out of a poor, blurry, distorted one, or real tiny ones. One could probably airbrush a photo too, to clean it up. But that would be even more time consuming. I don't want to add stuff to the original image, just enhance what's already there to make it look a little better.
After a bit of that processing, I send it through some edge detection software. It senses the edges of subjects & objects & makes them more defined, but push it too far & you'll actually lose some of the detail even though the edges are sharper.
Then I shrink the image back down to size that's pleasing to the eye & compress it with free Irfanview. For processing the image, I had previously blew it up way too far to ever look clear. After shrinking it back down to a size that looks crisper, & compressing it, some sharpness is lost. So I have to sharpen it again, which brings out more noise again, so I remove more image noise & distortion one more time.
If the original image wasn't too bad or was fair, the enhancements are a dramatic improvement, & the final image is a bit larger than the original, but also a considerable smaller file size. On very poor quality images or real tiny thumbnail-like ones, the enhancements only give a slight improvement, & are only slightly larger than the original. Or sometimes to make them as clear looking as possible, they may actually be smaller than the original to hide the poor quality & distortions in the image.
Except for free Irfanview software, the software & techniques I use to process & enhance images I made myself. I originally developed the processes to enhance blurry or small NASA, ESA, & astronomy images, or bring out strange stuff NASA airbrushed out of images that still remained faintly behind the airbrushing. One has to wonder if the ones who airbrushed out images for NASA deliberately didn't fully airbrush them because they didn't feel good about concealing so much from the public, so left just a trace behind that others can bring out with processing.
Indeed, there have been many NASA employees who have come forward to say that their job was just to airbrush stuff out of NASA photos or blur them all day, every day.
Anywho, many of the same enhancement techniques used on them, work good on pictures of people too.

Have come a long long way since the days of 8 mm - VHS 480 and Broadcast SVHS !
Now it is 1080 HD.
What you can see is what you get without much reservation.

I watched the video again and there is one frame that shows he is wearing what looks like white boy shorts style underwear. This could be boy or girl boy shorts in today's market. I love the video and think he has a real talent.

I too went back for a 2nd look (well more like an umpteenth) and the only frame I can see an unusual panty
is about 10 seconds from the end and then it is not defined. Probably confused with the trim hem line on the
skirt.
Now on another note "Shame on you - Angelea M.!" Looking upskirt for the girls pantied underwear
unmentionables - LOL big time that is what forums do to us !

Here's some more from the same youtube series. Once more, regardless of the posted & available resolution, these appear to be originally only 240p VHS type quality. The outfits in these aren't very sissy-like. But the guys do get to wear a fun extra-short hemline, high heels, & pantyhose. Pantyhose, unlike tights are very sheer, & see-through, as you can see their panties through the pantyhose in a few of the captures.
Enjoy!

Hey BabyLock, I wasn't really looking, my finger just hit the pause button a few or ten times until I could determine if they were boy or girl undies. Just the detective in me trying to get out that's all.
-
I watched that video Betty, of the boys in green dresses. One boy is very upset at showing his undies and keep's putting his hand down there to block the view. They are pretty good dancers too.
-
These two video's remind me of the time I took a sick girls place in the Skating show. I was nervous in front of all the people and of forgetting my routine but I never thought about the twirls and spins I was doing and showing of my little panties under the short skating skirts. I was just in a hurry to get it over with and change for the next routine. The teacher and my girlfriend helped me with costume changes and I never even thought about standing there in front of them in my panties and tights ( provided by my girlfriend) until the next costume was assembled for me.

More performance captures from the same utube poster. Not a lot of clear video to work with, but I tried.

Love the wet look outfit but I wonder what he wore under that short skirt.

Here's another from that You Tube channel. A little fella in a very pretty frilly outfit with puffy sleeves. It's very poor flip-phone quality video, so I tried to enhance it a little.
Enjoy!

Dress is a bit oversized, & he's wearing boy pants underneath. Probably not a crossdresser but just a kid playing around.
