Unfortunately at a site like that, with no details, I'm skeptical if it's really a boy. Although I do see a faint shadow on the neck, the shadow does not resemble an Adams apple, & it's more likely just a shadow of sorts. The hands look more like a girl's than a boy's.

The site appears to be geared to get lots of FB & twitter clicks rather than being truthful or useful. I suspect it's just an image spider that collects images, & somebody tags them with whatever they want them to say.
