Hi,

Saw a brief mention of a new transgender film in the Daily News this morning so I Googled it for more information. Looks like it won't be released until 2018. I see "A Kid Like Jake" was actually a play. I noticed listings of it going back to 2013. So this is an adaptation of that.

In the play, I don't believe a kid appears in it. It's mostly just a discussion about the kid from what I see of clips of the play.

It turns out the play is the adaption of a rare out of print 63-page paperback book.
