Yeah, BPH has finally got me too. Not wetting uncontrollably yet but I guess it's just a matter of time.
at the moment just waking up 4-5 times a night and always making it to the bathroom in time
but strangely hardly peeing at all during the day-?
I find the best way to avoided leaks is to sit & pee like a girl and take your time,
don't squeeze too much just try and relax your bladder muscles
If things do start to get messy, well it's the perfect excuse for diapers ain't it?
I've found a great store for them here in the UK

these are my personal favorites

I've been reading interesting stuff about lycopene
apparently lycopene helps with BPH and using it couldn't be easier!
just increase your intake of tomato based foods eg ketchup, soups etc

A quick word of advice.
Due to the inconvenience of taking them off and putting them on, don't wear a diaper unless you plan to use it exclusively. If you can control going pee "most of the time," then "pull-up" type incontinence briefs allow you to pee in the toilet in the usual way, although in a public restroom you will have to use a stall since you have to pull down your trousers and no-fly incontinence briefs to pee.
