When I see photos of males in skirts or dresses, I find it humorous that they seem to go to either of two extremes on footwear -- either high heels or combat boots.

I wonder whether (depending on the guy), they are trying either to look feminine enough to "pass" or else trying to be "super-masculine" to prove they're not "fem" in spite of what they're wearing.
