Cool. It's a shame this film was not officially aired in America except through underground sources & links from places like us, & most of America never heard of the book.

No new trend.

There's always been guys & boys wanting to dress up or look like a girl, & a mother or sister somewhere wanting to dress one up. The difference is that these days, at least in some communities, a boy or guy can dress up without getting harassed much or beaten up, & they take pictures to put on the news or internet now.

And with modern phones, & other portable devices with cameras, more people are able to take a picture of it more often. Years ago people only brought a camera with them for special occasions, & then had to pay to send the pictures to be developed. Now many people carry something in their pocket that can instantly take a picture, that can be posted publicly world wide.

Hi Betty,

What I generally do when I can't right click on a picture is just do a screen capture then paste it into Word, then save it as a JPEG. Seems to work pretty well.

Thanks

Andy G

Usually for captures, I just press Ctrl, Alt, & Print (print screen) which saves it to MS Paint. From paint, I save as jpg to any folder I want. But for video captures I have VLC set up with a capture button I moved to next to the pause button, that automatically saves it as jpg to a preset folder, I set up for them earlier (I call it VLC caps).

If picture is flash-embedded, or right-click disabled, I right click somewhere outside the image or the flash frame, & select "view page info". From there I select media, scroll through the list to the image from the page I wanted to save, click on it, then click on save.

The bad thing about screen captures, is you're not getting a pixel by pixel duplicate of the full sized image, but a resized version of what the site, your browser, & display are set to show. If you can somehow get to save the image directly, you're getting an exact copy of it rather than a resized or processed version of it. Also with a screen capture, you're stuck with everything else in the screen unless you go through additional steps to crop out everything else but the image.

HI Betty,

Yes I do have to crop the images. Next time I'll try the Paint method.

Thanks for everything.
