Who else here likes to finish off their outfit with the correct shoes? Just found these on a certain auction site, unfortunately they only go up to adult size 2 (uk) But there is no harm in dreaming.

Hmmm. Anyone know what that is in USA size? 2 in the USA would be as small as a child's shoe.

The only women's shoes I have are some thigh-high shiny black leather extra high healed boots. Like those bondage & dominatrix styes are like. They were on sale right after the fire & looked just like the ones I lost. They're women's USA size 7. I have a pair of pink dance/ballet shoes, & a pair of ballet slippers also in size 7. My only good pair of boy shoes are USA size 6. So sizes online are almost useless without the actual accurate dimensions or a sizing chart produced by the seller (amazon universal sizing charts don't work).

To make things even more confusing, the USA size children's stuff is an entirely different scale of sizing, & toddler sizes also use another scale for sizing.  So when ordering a size 7 one never knows if your ordering something for a women's size, child's size, or pre-schooler unless they actually specify the dimensions. Some style of clothing & shoes comes in women's & kids sizes (like mary janes & sailor dresses), so you won't know for sure by the style.

Then if it was made in Asia, they run a little small. A girl's size 16 may actually be closer to a normal size 14. When they size in just small, medium, & large, a women's size small normally is almost about the size of a girl's size 16, or girl's size extra large. But made in Asia it might be closer to a girls size 14. A girl's size "large" made in Asia can be anywhere between a girls size 8-14.

This is the simplest size chart i could find. In the UK children's shoes go from 1-13, then you start again at 1 but adults. They also do womans and mens because of the widths.

Wow. So a UK size 2 is really a small foot. My feet are pretty small at USA size 7. At UK size that would be 4.5. 2 would be almost kids sized, or for a real tiny woman.
