Looking for an old story...

I'm not sure what the title was.

The original of what I have was posted at "on.starblvd.net," so it's not exactly new.  It was about a boy named Don, who was now petticoated and called "Donna".  Parts 1-3 and 6 and 7 were missing at the time with a note to contact Betty if you had them. To get an idea of some of the names of the other people involved, Part 4 starts out, "During dinner, Donna was wedged between Beth and his sister.  The girls were excited about the fact that Donna would be receiving the type of punishment that Ellen had administered."

Does the story sound familiar to anyone?  And were the missing parts ever recovered?

I don't know if this will be of any help but years ago there was an author named Don Keane who wrote crossdressing stories under the psuedonym Donna Keane. Here's a link to ABE with some of his titles. https://www.abebooks.com/book-search/author/donna-keane/ I'm sure I have some of his books packed away somewhere but I wouldn't be able to put my hand on one without a lot of digging.

I'm pretty sure that "on.starblvd.net" was one of Betty's old story sites; in any case the notification regarding the missing sections said to contact Betty.  That was why I asked here.  I checked out your link and it looked like most of what was there was "Peter's Vacation in Skirts," which is elsewhere available on-line in several versions with illustrations by several different artists.  And the Don/Donna of this story would have been younger than the protagonists of the stories on the linked site.
