Anyone Know What's Going On Here?

I ran across the following photo

It looked to me like the skirts might be Photoshopped but if it is a "head" job, whoever did it is really good, and I don't notice feminine "bulges" under the tops. Unfortunately there is no context, and about all any posts say about it (including the above one) is "Wow." Apparently the original posts were on Facebook and Twitter, both on 25 May 2019, and possibly from the same person.

My guess is guys in school protesting because the school dress code says NO SHORTS but the girls can wear skirts soooo.

Thanks for your reply. You could be right...but I've seen photos of many such protests and they always wore their own regular footwear. Unless these are actually girls with Photoshopped male heads, I don't understand why they would be wearing white socks and Mary Jane shoes.

Hmmm...this appears to be associated with the Indonesian TV series and movie "Coboy Junior." I've looked around but not found anything like this.

From what I can tell, it's from the Indonesian series "Coboy junior hanya kamu 2" episode 1 (I've found "Coboy junior hanya kamu," without the "2" but episode 1 isn't it). I have found a 3 part version of episode 1 on Youtube, but it looks like it's about 20-some-odd minutes total of a 40 minute show. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else except, perhaps, some "members only" sites.
