My kid's second Birthday pictures.

It's hard to believe the little babies are already 2 years old. I got them from the SPCA in the beginning of June when they were 6 weeks old. So that means their birthday was around the middle of April. Here's some pix of them from around their second birthday a few weeks ago, doing one of their favorite things... laying around on my lap, between or on my legs, or against them, my belly or butt.

They're already teenagers in cat years, & it shows. Sometimes they're brave enough to jump on the counter when I'm still in the room now. Sometimes I have to tell them twice to get off too. Suzie will actually stand there & meow back as if she wants to discuss it with me rather than get down. So I always have to tell her twice. She'll just stand there & meow back at me the first time. They know I'm usually harmless without the squirt bottle in my hand to spray them. They still haven't figured out spraying them is supposed to be punishment though. They'll run like hell if they see me reach for the spray bottle, but after they get sprayed, they run to me & want to cuddle. They like their wet spots scratched & rubbed. It must feel good to them or is some kind of cleaning/grooming instinct for them.
